Gen. Kearney was some distance ahead with the
advance guard. One of, the-officers belonging to
the rear diviaion, singled Bob out, and sent him
ahead with a letter to the General. When he
came up with them they had encamped, end' Bob

is the singular history of Mr. Laboucbere, at pres
