The Coal Trade for 1536.
The quantity sent - this week by Rail Road is M 334 11,
n little less than last week. The whole uentity sent this
season so far is 1,055,555 11 tons.
A few boats have been despatched by the canal . princi
pally for places on the line carrying about 4 or 500 tons.
,The price of coal has advanced in New York tifty cents
owing to a corresponding advance in the price of freight.
Preghts are on the advance to all the Eastern ports, and
quotations cannot be relied on any louger.-1 NVoAcrefore
discontinUe the rates for the present.
