The following are some of the advantages secured
by Insurance in this Company :
lot. Those in good health, of the prom' age, and of
sound constitution, will be insured at the lowest rate of
prenitums.
2d. The premium if over 650, can to paid one-fourth
in cash . , and three-fourths its a secured note at 72
months, bearing 6 per cent. interest, and .sulfsect to
assessments if required; or it may be -paid weekly,
monthly or quarterly. .
3d. Annual division of profits in scrip certificates
which hear 6 per cent intaest. and if ,required a loan
of twd-thirds on the scrip will be Made iu cash-or the
profits can be addedto increase the sum insured, and
after the.lapse of years, if tl . e profits are left to accu
mulate, they will amount to double or treble, or more,
of the suns insured. !-
4th. No 'persons tare dieble .beyond the onto tnt of

sth. Married women May insure the lives. of their
husbands, secure from any-deniands of their creditors,

6th. Creditors may insure their debtors'; or debtors

red will.be paid on attaining a specified age, or sooner

after notice and proof of death.
9th. No risk will be taken on any One life:exceeding
$5llOO, until the - surplus summits to $50,000 ; then the
amount of risk on a single life will he gradually exten
