tions of the Pottsville Water Company, are pub
lished for the benefit of those interested :

water, who permit persons not tinder rent, to use the
water, without the consent of the Board of Managers,
shall incur a-penalty of Tell Dollars, for every such
offence, and shall be deprived of the water until such
fine is paid, or be liable tri an action for thd recovery of
the same, at the option of the Managers.
