The colliery viewers or agents, have not yet receiv
ed any instructions from the Rail Road Company, with
regard to an equitable distribution of Cars. The cause
or the delay tanot known.
• The demand for coa. continues brisk, and , cara are ia
scarce as usual,
The Delaware Division of the Pennsylvania Canitl,
will not be ready . hefore the 20th or 24th inst., for ship
ments. .
The. quantity of coal sent from the 'Lehigh Region
this station is 3,516 tons.' i

mbly, entitled an Act directing the mode of selling
Unseated Lands for taxee, and for other purposes, pas
sed on the I. th day of March 1315, and the further
supplement thereto passed on the 13th day of March.
1817, and on the 25th of March, 1831, the Treasurer of
the county of Schuylkill, hereby gives notice to all
persons concerned therein, that unless - the County,
Road, School 'and .State Tates due on the 'following
Tracts of Unseated Lands) situate in Schuylkill Coun
ty, are paid before the day/ of sale, the wheile or such
pits of each Tract as 1011 pay the charges and costs
e argentite thereon, will be sold at the (*mint House in
the borough.of Orwigsburg, County of Schuylkill, on
the SECOND MONDAY IN JUNE NEXT, and be
emitintied•by adjournment from day to day, for arrear
ges crazes due said county,.and tne costs accrued on,
