We notice another increase in the shipments this
week without any variation in price.
The Philadelphia . Commercial List says: Prices
arc nearly stqdy, and the demand is increasing. 'Le
high Coal ranges rro j ai $3.95 to $1,25 per ton. cash,
Fjy the cargo . . 20e0 tons of Sugar Loaf -wae-..501d a
11ristol. at 31,50 per text, equal to. cptt: Sehitylkiß
White ash dells a t 3,75 o $4 per ton: and red *ill tift
4,60 cash and.time. By retail prices are unsettled
this week. -
COAL ritrintrrs.—A fleet of vessels have, arrived
in the Schuylkill this week, and prices are unset - lei
to ti.tv. "To Biwton $1.50 per ton has been paid, and
SI .25 to Providence,-Init 01113 $1.25 ie now offered tiv
Boston. From Bristol the price is $1,50 per ton.
