by any other. There are a number of Vessels
enlaced in the Transportation of Mercheirilize to

with only ball Freight—there vessels can take
in part of a 10211 of :Merchandise and fill op with
Coal, which ran he earned in that way at very
low rates. By this transfer of the. Coal business,
winch has heretofore been done ft the
Woaryes, oil the Schuylkill River, it is apparent
that the price of Ftet2lit will not only be redu
ced, hot the delays and dancers ofthe nayiration
from New York up the 6cituylkill River, will be
