trust under the United States, or of this State, or of any
city or incorporated district, whetherm commissioned
nfficer or otherwise, a subordinate offictror agent. who i

or judiciary department of this State. or of the United
States. or of any city or of anY incorporated district. and
also. that every member of Congress, and of the State '
Legislature, and of the select common council of any
city, or commissioner of any incorporated district; is by
law incapable of holding or etercising, at the same time,
the office or appointment ofjudge. inspector , or clerk of
any e lection a this commonwealth, and that no truipec
tor,judge or other officer of inch election, shall be eli
gible to any office to be then voted for."
