Frailey presented a Bill to lacer: porate the Pottsville Female Academy. In order, the investigation of the county election was called up, but on motion of Mr. Rogers was postponed till to mot.- TOW. Mr. Myers offered a resolution, that the Senate cannot proceed in its duty as Leg islators until the military force be sent a way. Mr. Fraley proposed that a committee be appointed to report which of the two bodies, claiming to be the house of-Rep resentatives, has been organized accord ing to the Constitution and Laws.
