THMATELE. —Notwithstanding the disazreeable state of the weather last night, the Theatre was errewded to see Miss Heron's seoond representa tion of the character of Camille. As on the first occasion, she was rapturously applauded, and called at the end of the second and fourth acts before the curtain. Her personation of this character surprised everybody. Coming here comparatively unknown and unheralded, not much was expected from her ; but the evi• deuce of genuine talent displayed on the first night, completely astonished all present, and awakened to a display of enthusiasm we have seldom seen in a theatre. Her Joliet, on Tues day night, although not so fine an effort as her .Camille, was an excellent piece of acting, and -worthy of praise. To night she will appear as 'Thisbe, in the play of the came name, and Ju liana, In the Honey Moon. Ns are pleased to know that such ie the in• teseet our citizens take in works of art, that a really fine work elan call out a fall audience even on a rainy evening, as was proved by the large number present at Bollard's Panorama of N. York oily last evening. It exhibits every even till November 14, at 7i o'clock, at Masonic Hall ; and we think no on) alio visits this work will complain of not seeing enough for his money. The only objection we have to it is, there is too much to be seen ; the °yea tire in looking at the long array of houses, people, prooessions, ships, parks, &0., and yet the beholder wishes to see ell and "more of the same sort." Paor. H. Roattoox will return to the city on Saturday, Nov. 10th, and resume his class on Monday, Nov. 12th. Messages may be left in the meantime, at his dwelling house, on Dia mond street, opposite the Second ward Piblio School House, or at the music store of J. Mellor, No. 81, Wood street.
