One Steam Saw Mill is now Irr operation, and the machi
nery frtr a second Is now on the way to Superior, which will
be set to work immediately on its arrival.
One-half of the lots have been appropriated by the pro?,

The Legislature passed laws regulating this matter, in
cases whenftho disease la malignant or contagious, iu order
that the densely populated c ty may W protected from any
unnecessary scourge, which, when It has gained a footing,
scarcely rests so loog as there remains a'iubjuct for its re

The Board of Health are determined to enforce the law.
