Smith, the husband of the lady, had received a sum of money from her on Friday, to purchase, Frocetios for the family. After he had made the purchases he stopped at Booklet's, wherele remained until Sunday morning, spen ding the balance of the change and losing his groceries. This incensed Mrs. S. to such a de gree that she made the information which led to the arrest and commitment of Buckler Pat ti& Dunn woe committed to prison yesterday morning by Mayer Vole, charged, on the oath of James Lyons, with selling liquor on Sunday last. Roearsren News—Fire—Wharf Damaged.— The largo dry goods store of Mr. T. fd.
