This was re fused, when they began to behave in a very dis orderly manner, and attempted to force an en trance. A personal scuffle then ensued, and in the fight Basha polled out a loaded pistol, which* be discharged at his opponents." The ball took effeot in the abdomen of Richey, near the right groin, infltoting a dangerous wound. After the perpetration of this outrage, Busb'a, Morphy, and Braddock jumped into their eleigh And drove before any of them oould be arrested.
