act have been misused or abused, and the Legislature may
provide ouch remedies or permit!ee as may be neCeflaary to
secure a compliance with the provisions of this act.
814. 28. That the legislature reserve the power to alter,
revoke or annul the powers and pririlrgro which may be
conferred by this act on the company which may purchase
the said main line, whenever any of the mei powers or
privileges may, in their opinion, be injurious to the eitisem
of this Commonwealth, in
