High Constable Reed is in possession of the keys of the
church, and no breach of the peace may be anticipated in
that quarter, at least until the present difficulty has become
settled. We may add, that before adjourning the meeting,
a resolution was plosed by the members, declaring Rev.
WRllams no longer their pastor.
BAD CASE OF DROWSING.—On Sunday after
noon; Coroner Lowry held an inquest on tha bodies of Jas.
Duncan and Alonzo bin son, a little boy aged between three
and four yearn, who were unfortunately drowned on Sun
day, under the following' distressiug circumstances: It op
