revoke or annul the powers and privileges which may bc
conferred by this act on the company which may purchase
the veld mate line whenever any of the said powers or priv
ileges may. In their opinion, be injurious to the citizens at
this Commonwealth, in such manner, however, that nb
ustfee shall be done to the said company.
