psnyof Pittsburgh passed the House some days
age by a vote of 34 to 31, and is now before the
Senate. We have not yet seen a copy of the
bin,, but. underetand it incorporates a company
to baild a largo and magnificent Hotel in tha
city of Pittsburgh. Wo yrould like to Bee the
Hotelboilt, bnt believe it could be done just ns
WBil withont a charter of incorporation. That
all .business- muetbo done by corporations is

law requiring property holders in the new wards
