Emiqiiahts.— Yesterday morning, silty fami
lies arrived in this city, by the Eastcrn cara, end
stopped at the Good Intent Hotel, on Liberty
street. The party, numbering ono hundred and
fitly persons, afterwards took passage on. the
steamer Alida, for St. Lonis. It is the intention
of the party to start an iron furnace, at Pilot
Knob, Madison county, Missouri.
A SEW PLAT, by Charles P. Shiras, Eaq., will
be produced at the Theatre, in a short timo. It
is a spectacle founded on the fairy story of the
Intisible Prince, and is entitled “ The Ihrjßihle
Prince, or the war with the Amazons:” The play
will be got out by Manager Foster, in fine style.
