gard to tho outrage of Thursday night, which resulted In
Fox's death, other than thoao which were drawn out at tho
Coroner’s Inquest. Thomas Mohan, the watchman, who
m&do the arrest, and Georgo and John Rowloy, wero nil the
witnesses examined before tho Mayor, but their ovldence
was conclusive, and left no doubt at to the Identity of Bull
andCupplee with those who mode assault, which resulted
la the death of Benjamin Fox.
Mr-Mohan iin hlxtestimony names the person who as
sisted Hull and Guppies, aaltase. This other person, is jet

Works of Tomlinson A Co., and tho firm of S. S. Fowlor &
Co - are busily eug&god In tho manufacture of there cars—
the former firm tor tho upo of tho Pennsylvania and Ohio
Kallroad, and tho latter tor tho Ceutral Road. Wo counted
yesterday, on Liberty streot, twenty-tour new freight cars,
Just completed by Mr. Fowler. They wore neatly and sub
stantially mtulo- and roiloct credit on the skill of th« work
men employed. At the Vulcan Works, a number of freight
ears have beon manufactured tor Ihti use of tao road men
tioned above.
