tho property of Mr. Turner, of the firm of Tomer A Mead,

John Dickson, also convicted of larceuy, was sentenced to
an imprisonment of four months in the county jail, and also
to pay.Uie-costs. Dickson was found guilty of stealing a
pair of pants from Cowling’s clothing store, on Foderal street,
