loan Hauae, another noted character, who has been in the

a£ the same place, they re-arrested Dr. Qoltner, (first airesr

Into custody anothsr-old offender, named Lewis- Hausc, ft

fore the nearest magistrate, who, after hearing of- the cafe*

fault of which they were all committed;
The officers succeeded in recovering a plate which was car.
ried away when bio first descent was made. - They also * re
covered b new dollar, on the Harrisburg Bank.—

suid dollars had Iron -printed preparatory to signing. This
plate is represented as being one of their very best counter*
-fUt* extant. The officers obtained about ten thousand doh
. law ofnanoterfeit money, .which they, destroyed. Pr. Goltner

on Wednesday last, and plead guilty to making the plate
