in South America. They ore much larger, and

Allegheny:Valley Railroad. —Some of the gen-
tlemen particularly interested in the speedy

to take hold of the work in earnest, having been
convinced of its utility and Importance.

The Special Convention of the New Jersey
Diocese of the Episcopal Convention,'has passed
resolutions declaring unshaken oon&dence in the
integrity of Bishop Bonne’s character, and the
pnrityof his intentions, and declaring that the
action of the Bishops of Ohio, Virginia, and
Mhlne,. was - unwarranted by any oanon, custom,
or usage of the church; and that Bishop Boone
had always been ready and wilting to moot' any
charges, but that neither the good of the dio
cese, or of: the church at, large, required any
such Investigation. '
: The Convention then adjourned sine die. .
