The re-opening of the German Diet gives great satisfaction to the Emperor of Russia. AUSTRIA. A protest of the British Government against the incorporation of Austrian dependencies had been read before the Diet. A draft of a new po litical organization of Austria was ready for presentation to the Emperor. The Emperor, before leaving Italy, made a speech to the officers of the army, promising them in ease of war to lead them in person. The paper currency of Austria was rapidly sinking in value DENMARK. The King of Denmark opened the Diet on the 4th instant with a speech on the change of Min istry, which is to take place as soon as the suc cessors can be appointed. TURKEY.
