Resolved, Thatwe sincerely sympathize with every heart that bleeds for the brave, butchered patriots of Havana; —we cherish their cause:as sacred, and their memories all as sanctified by a noble death.*' • Resolved, - That in the: opinion of this meeting the indiscriminate Bhooting of the fifty prisoners at Havana, on the 16th of August, was a cold blooded, inhuman and atrocious act of cruelty, disgraceful to a civilized community.
