A BEAUTIFUL CLEA'til KKIN.
How we all admire a clear, beautiful, white skin, and
a rosy colored cheek. How often do we see persons,
not possessing
. this "desideratum so devoutly to be
wished," resorting to cosmetics, lotions, swathes, pain. 4
and coloring materials, to restore to them a semblance
of what disease has deprived them, of, and that too, with
great injury to the skin. Burls Sarsaparilla tithe best
cosmetic known. It beautifies the aria, by removing
every panicle of morbid and diseased matter from the
blood, making It pure healthy and vigoroas, giving ac
tivity to every minute vessel, and changing the yellow
and dark countenance to the bloom and freshness of
youth. Ladies. abandon.the use of paints and mixtures,

Exchange Hotel, Blatrayllle, Pa.
PROPOSE to Fen or exchange for other property the
I
Exchange Hotel, Blairsville, Indiana county, Pa.,
now occupied -by Wm. Lawson, and formerly kept- by
This property consists of extensive brick buntlines,
erected expressly for thrAzose of being used as a
Another-brick snitabie for a dwelling and re
tail store; all on the main street, near the Cooemaugh
Bridge and Pennsylvania Canal. There are good cel
lars under these buildings Also, two wells of good
water on the front lots; one convenient to the kitchen,
the other' at the stables, with pumps in Lot's;—also, a
large cistern for rain water, with a pump, near the kitch
en and wash-house.
The foregoing and several other useful baildingsrare •
on the two (rout lots. On two other lots, immediately
north of.these, and reparated from them by a 12 feat
alley, occupied partly as' a kitchen garden, a large brick
and large name Stable is erected; also, a Blacksmith
Shop and- Coachmaker's Shop.
Also, about TWENTY ACRES OF LAND, partly
meadow, aloiring the north line of the Boron h, off
which 40 tons of hay may be made.in a season; the re- •
meander being pasture ground, with estivate of running
water through it—are also odered as above.
The Hotel is very eligibly situated on the north4ast
corner of the Diamond, near the terminus of the Branch
Railroad, and within a abort distance of the Canal-boat-
Landing..
The country around is improving 'rapidly, bothln In-'
di at: a and Westmoreland counties. One or more Plank
Roads are in . contemplation. to connect at this place
with the . public improvements now in tumor in progress.
This property is of that description which would re
qaire the attention and supervision of the owner. My
personal inability to bestow the proffer care, and the
want of good health in a. portion of my family, are the
sole considerations that induce ms to offer it in exchange
(or other property . .
The property mightbe' so divided as to accommodate
a person who merely desired to keep the tavern part,
and might not wish so heavy an investment as the whole
would amount to—and If agreeable and desired, such an
arrangement will be made.
Application may be made to the subscriber at his
'dwelling, adjoining the Hotel; and for further descrip
tion of the property. &c., to Mr. C. A. MeArtmair, at his
Warehouse, Canal Basin:. or to Mr. ALL= RacrW7l, Ro
tel .Reeper,Pittsburgh. For ass exchange of property,
that in or near Pittsburgh would be preferred.
. If not disposed of in one or other of the ways spoken
of, oilorbefore the Ist of Novem ber , it will be rented
for one or more years, and posses sion may behad on the
ettt of March next. Meanume extensive repairs will be
made in the tavern part. S. hIcANDLTY.

each physician of celibrity within my reach; all told
