Ball Playing.—A number of young lads have

to. the groat annoyance of citizens who resided

made to the Mayor, and be, last . Sunday, sent
out a - posse of officers to arrest the offenders, but
the young rogues had timely notice of their ap

A BEAUTIFUL CLEAR SKIN.
How we all admire a clear, beautiful, white skin, and
a rosy colored cheek. How often do we see persons,
not possessing
_this "desideratum so devoutly to be
wished," resorting to cosmetics, lotions, washes, paints
and coloring materials, to restore to them a semblance
of what disease has deprived - them of, and that too, with
great injury to the skin. Bull's Sarsaparilla is the best
cosmetic known. It beauti fi es the skin, by removing
every particle-BS" morbid and diseased matter from the
blood ' making it pure healthy and vigorous, giving ac
tivityto every minute vessel, and changing the yellow
and dark countenance to the bloom and freshness of
youth. Ladies, abandon the use of paints end mixtures,
and use Bull's Sarsap!wilks, the only effectual remedy.

for the Ladies.
