0 'Nea's Atzwapherie Lever Murn..—We oiili.the
attention of the public, . and, especially "oar me-
Chardon; to -this valuable labor-raving machine.
Its cheapness, simplicity of construction, dura
bility and efficiency, make it without a rival.
It is made entirely of wood, not so much as the
point of a nail to rust so as to taint or spoil the
cream. There is no churn easier kept clean, or
kept in repair. It is worked by a lever and
-with - so much ease that a mere child can perform
in a few minutes what has heretofore taken al
, most hours of - labor - for a grown person. At
each - simple motion of the lever four agitations
are-given to the cream; the same motion also
causes an abundance of Girt° be conveyed to the
bottom of the churn which is thoroughly and in
timately mixed with the , cream. It is only a few
-weeks since these churns were first introduced
• in. this Ststil, and we learn hundreds are now in
use is the adjoining counties, rendering univer
sal satisfaction—purchase no other until you see
this,, is the best recommendation that could_be
given; we trust some'of our mechanics will take
hold of this valuable improvement. A model of
it cgn be seen at the Farmers'. Exchange Hotel,
Liberty street. * . .
This churn , was invented by J. O'Neil of Xe
nia, Green co. Ohio, and yatented to him July

• he had nothing to say. The Court remarked
that he `had beeri found guilty on two assaults,
and they might sentence him on both, bit would
not as he was a young man, and , had parents t 6
whom he might be a comfort, if he would re
form, and they hoped the lightness of the sen
tence, about -to be pronounced, might induce
him to mend his ways—they could sentence him
to fourteen years, but would only pass sentence
-on one indictment He ought to thank God Al
mighty that he had not committed _murder, and
J.hey took it for granted that - he was at the time
-Intoxicated. 'The Court warned him' that if after
term had expired he purified the Samemourse
of conduct; they would send him •back on
the other charge, but if ho behaved' he might
escape that—they cautioned him, against bad
company, when he returned to • freedom. He
was sentenced to two years in - the - renitenliaty,
