We have used John RON elarsapari!la, and have
known it to be used with entire satisfaction; and have
no hesitation in stating that we believe it to be a safe
and valuable medical compound, and calculated to pro

A BEAUTIFUL CLEAR SKIN.
How we all admire a clear, beautiful, white akin, and
a rosy colored cheek. How often do we see persons,
not possessing this "desideratum so devoutly to be
wished," resorting to cosmetics, lotions, washes, pain , +
and coloring materials, to restore to them a semblance
of what disease has deprived them of, and that too with
great Injury to the skin. Bull's Sarsapari ll a Is th e . beat
cosmetic known. It beautifies the elan, by removing
every particle of morbid and diseased matter from the
blood, making It pure healthy and vigorous, giving ac
tivity to every minute vessel, and changing the yellow
and dark countenance to the bloom and freshness of
youth. Ladle's. abandon the use of paints and mixtures,
and use Suits Sasrtiparilta, the only effectual remedy.
A word to the wine is suflicienti" and a hint is enough
for the Ladles.

1813,1 was attacked with the. King's Evil In my arm,
which became so sore that I could , not use it, and in
1845,mortification set in. I employed at diderentomes,
each physician of celibrity within my reach told. . •
me that my nrm must be amputated. .From the shoal.
ders to the fore arm, my arm was full of running sores,
come of them as large as a filly cent piece. 1 then tried .
an Indian Doctor, wheremoved the mortified. flesh. and
stopped the mortilicauon, but could not heal my arm.—
My strength, at this time, was completely exhausted
and my person much emaciated. I continued in this
state until the summer of 1848, when I saw an edger- .

which I read attei.tively. and sent for one bottle of the
• article. After using it a few days, the discharges from
my arm increased, and assumed a lista cola:, and lets
offensive odor; I sent for a second bottle, and white .
wing it I found my strength increasing, and the dis- '
charges decreasing. I continued using it until I had '
used six' bottlea, though I felt myselfperfects cured,
.before I used the sixth bottle. Since that time I have •'
not felt any pain in my arm; no sores have re-appeared.
and I have not a doubt that it is thoroughly cared, for
