The building is immediately west of the -old Cathedral, on and street, extending down to Cherry alley, and when finished we understand will be about 200 feet in lengthin the clear, and 100 - feat in - width; that is, tho main building.— The transept will be about 180 foot in width. Two towers are to be placed on tho main , build ing, about 200 feet high, and a tower or dome on the centre of the transept. Sec. 2.—That the Board of Health first elected, and their successors, shall be, and are hereby, erected into a body corpcuate, in deed and in law, by th e name, style and title of "Tin &aka or Hume or tut Ctrl or Prrenciten," who shall have perpetual succession, and en oy aft the rights, liberties and privileges, powers, au thorities and immunities incident or belonging to a cor poration or body politic, and by that Mune may take and hold all the real estate necessary for the purposes and objects of the emanation, and shall also have and exe cute the powers and authorities hereinafter mentioned. Mr. Burt arrived here last evening, from Fort Mackay.- Mr B. has been engaged in collecting the Chiefs, &c. of the various tribes of Indians at Fort Mackay, and it was thofightithat abont 3000 would, be assembled there. There Were _five different tribes represented— the Cheinnes, lliowas, Camanches, Arepahoes, and one other, tribe, who all seem well disposed towards the United States. Mai. Fitzpatrick, for whom they arf3 waiting, was met at. Craw Creek. Mr. B. thinks that those, Indians will decline to meet the United- States at Fort Laramie, this summer, Where it is intended toliold n grand convocation of all the tribes in that region. . Mr. Burt did not meet Col. Sumner's com mand of troops. lie learned that they wore on the route, but were proceeding very slowly in consequence of the prevalence of the cholera among them: Eight or ten were dying daily, and numbers were deserting. It was stated that two surgeons of the command' had died:of the disease. The name of Mr. Kennedyis the - only one recollected. . . - • The trains of the traders were in a similar condition, the cholera having appeaTed among them and the teamsters having deserteAl in the general panic. • - The river 'is still receding very slowly. The. accounts from above state that all the-rivers are falling. The fall, so far, is only 8;i : inches. NEW CONSTITUTION OF OHIO. CINCItiNATI, June 14. The new constitution to be voted. on, next Tuesday, attracts much attention here, and ca udally the prot Non in relation to the License qtiestion: A sermon is to be preached to-morrow in each of the principal churches, in favor of the clause prohibiting license to sell intoxicating liquors. There is considerable interest felt here in the result of the vote that is to be given in Ohio next Tuesday upon the new Constitution. The Tem perance Men are all warmlyin favor of it; and think that it will be adopted by. a large majoritY, It is thought that even the clause to prohibit li censes for the sale of intoxicating drinks will also be adopted. The city is healthy. But few cases of Chol era have occurred. The disease, however, pre vails to a considerable extent, on the river be low here. She had a full cargo for New Orleans-50 hhds bacon, 1000 bales hemp. The boat was insured for $50,000. The fire communicated to the sugar refinery of Agelrodt. Loss $25,000, fully insured.
