CHINESE HAIR CREAM—A matchless article for
growth, beauty, and restoration of the Hair, This
Cream, when once known, will supersede all other arti
cles of the kind now iii use. Where the hair is dead,
harsh, thin, unhealthy, uor turning grey, u few applica
tions will make the heir soft and dark, and give it a beau
tiful, lively appearance; and will also make it maintain
its liveliness anti healthy color, twice as long as all the
preparationa that are generally used. Where the hair is
thin, or has fallen olf, it may be restored by using the
Cream. Every lady and gentleman who is in the habit of
using oils on their hair should at ouce purchase
lanebttle of
the Chinese Hair Cream, as it rs so composed t it will
not injure the hair
likenhe other preparations but will
beautify it, and give prfect satisfaction in e very in
stance.
For testimony to its very superior qualities, see the fol
lowing letter trots the Rev. Mr. Caldwell to

Letter eau Rev. R. Caldwell, Pastor of the Presbyterian
Church, Pulaski.
Mamas. HENDEILMIOTT & STA.NrCII : Gorrnast RN—I . take
p.easure in adding my testunony in favor of the excellent
preparetion called fir. Parish's Chinese Hair Cream; toe
about two years ago my hair was very dry, bristly, ad
disposed to come out; but having procured a bottle of the
Cream, and used it according to the prescription, it is now
elastic, soft, and firm to the head. Many balsams and
oils were applied, each leaving my hair in a worse suite
than before. This Cream, however, has met my expec
tations.
As an article for the toilet 7 my wife gives it preference
over all others,. being delicately pertuined and riot
posed to rancidity. The ladies, especially, will find the
Chinese Cretun to be a desideratum in their preparations
for the toilet. Respectfully, &c.,

Mr. T. E. Rikbert—Dear Sir: In reply to your request
to hove my opinien relative to the qualityCof your Wri
ting Fluid, I may state that I bairn used it in my Institute
of Acconntauts tor nearly it year; whereTuse nonebut
the best of Inks. It becomes a perfect black soon afar
being written with, and is suitable for any kind
does of p
not.
en,
but morn particularly the metallic peri, wtdch
clog with it as with common Ink. It writes well upon
any kind of paper, and on account of its fluid prOperty
writes better on parchment than any of the common
inks. I perceive what you have made recently is dark
er in color when first written with. This is a decided •
improvement, particularly for book-keepers, who hay!
trequently to write with candle light. Your Red Ink as
decidedly the best of that kind of contelitie manufacture
that I have tried ;—it will be found on trial in every res
pect equal to Arnold's best English manufacture. Your
Machine Copy Ink leaves a good impression, and will be
found worthy of a trial;
. bin I cannot myself speak tic
confidently of its proper ties as the others, not having had
the same experience in the use of it.
Very respectfolly yours, ' P. DUFF,
