FLOUR—;There was a small advance on previous
rates. The sales were at $4,3134,37. Some hold
ers asked 54,50, and refused less. There were but
few lots in market.
GROCERIES—In Sugar,lllolasses and Teas there
is no change, but in all the tendency is upward.—
Coffee has actually advanced, and dealers held at
Ioc. yesterday, who'sold at 9c. on Saturday.
TOBACCO—An advance of about 2c. is reported,
on account of advance in the East.
BACON—No cheer ; no improvement; but ten
dency still downward.
CHEESE—BaIes of prime W. R. at previous
rates. Market fully supplied.
FISH—No change yet, but an advance reported in
the East will put prices up here.
