seined to the Court of Common Pleas of
Allegheny County, and the Judges of said
Court having perused and examined the same, and the
objects, articles and conditiOns therein specified and con
tained appearing to the said Judges to be lawtol and not
injurious to the conmmuity,the said Court direct said in
strument to be filed in the office of the Pmtbonotsry of
said Court, and also that notice be inserted in one news
paper printed in said County, for at least three weeks,
setting forth that an application has been made to the said
Court by the members of the Jewish Congregation, styled
"Gate of Heaven,', of the City of Pittsburgh, to grant
them a Charter oflncorpomtion, and that the same will
be granted at the next term of said Court, if no suffi
cient reason be shown to the contrary.
