In regard to 10 - cation, we have many advantages over

the centre of the State; and at the very fonntantamad of

lands, taxes, and State indeotedness, through the mediant

this. impormin advantage, the senior. pprtner,Lhlr. Ash,
has occupied, for several years, the-position of principal
Clerk in the State Auditor's office, and having had charge
of the books and State land department in said officeihas
obtained-a thorough knowledge on all subjects eonneet

limos to give correct and prompt information, mach in
advance of any other agency in the State. Our location
is also important to non-residents wishing to pay taxes,'
as our acquaintance with the collectors of the revenue is
such that we can obtain the tar. receipts . through tbe

We also beg leave to inform persOns wishing to pur
