i Flour.. We could not learn of much doing in Flour,
the stock, particularly at Obio, being extremely light.
Sales 150 bbls unbranded at 3,75 ; 400 do Superfine
Illinois at 4,121, and a lot of choice St. Louis at 4,-
621# bbl,
1 Corn.-Receipts light and not stificient for the de
mand. Sales 6000 casks, of which 700 casks white
and yellow, in two lots at 93c, 1000 do at 43c, 631
do yellow at 44, 1940 du on the levee at 45, and 700
do prime - yellow at a higher rate not made public.
Provisions—Very little demand for Pork, and only
small lots selling at *9,7009,73 fur mess, 9 for M.
0. and 8,75 P bbl for prime. Bacon is pretty steady,
with small sales of sides at s ie3lc,and of shoulders
at 4(ii4lc p lb. A lot of 45 bbl,, inferior grease Lard
brought 41c p lb. Of Beef 24 bbls mess sold at 13,-
25, and SO do prime at 11,25 p bbl, though 11,50
was refused for a large lot.

the steamer Dahcotah arrived here yesterday mor
ning on the Meteor No. 3, and report the sinking or
that boat on the morning of the 25th ult., about 20
miles below Fort Kearney. She was passing over'
shoal water, and bad but a little head of steam at
the time, when the force of the'current washed her
r ound ag
immediately tun non the shore, where she
sunk in 20 feet water.
The Dahcotah was a new boat, this being her se
cond trip. She bad about 120 emigrants bound for
California, with about 20 tons of freight, embracing
baggage, baggage wagons, provisions, and 60 head
of mules. Their wagons and mules-.were saved ;.
