winter, with a disease m the stomach, sometimes pro.
iring great pain in the stomach for ten or twelve hours
without intermission, and having tried 'Various remediee
with little effect, was.furnished with a bottle. of Dr. D.
Jaynes , Canninatire Balsam. This he used according to
the directions, and foand invariably that this medicine
caused the pain to abate in three or four minutest and in
