tem.' and thm we hays right to claim "exclusive privil
eges with their leas." 1 never pretended to sell the teas
to thin spurious concern, I have been - selling the teas of
the New York Pekin Tea Company for the last two
years. as the public are aware. and have been to New
York four times,in that time, rind never heard of this new
concern hut as stool dealers.
'Hie ten business of M'Callmont & Bond is about eight
months old, and their assumption of-the Pekin Ten Com
pany's mine is because name is open for any man or
firm to assume; but the fact intended to imply thereby.
that they have any eonneetion with the no called and
well known Pekin rem Company of NeW York, is entire
ly false, they having been denied even an agency in
Philadelphia, for the New York Company, that Company
haying refused even thus far to confide in them.
I know not what kind of wool they keep. nor what kind
of teas; I.nm only certain that they keep or obtain none
of the Pekin Tea Company , ' of i(V., York.
Amy person reading thiv con] will - ace the groas deters
lion they wish to practice on the public, and to the injury
of my business. M'Calltitoett & Bond are wool dealers
in Philadelphia, and have sent en agent ont here to poll
wool aver the eyes of some of onr good citizens. Look
out for the black sheep. (uovlol ALEX. JAYIXE!.
