of Tilling orders to the country. The Grocers seemed
ifironged in all day; and maninneturers were quite busy.
Flour—There was but little doing yesterday. Not

article. The receipts Were light, and mostly on consign
tnent. We heard er one sale on when, at St 50: one or
tyro others were made but prrees not reported. From
stores. we heard of several sales, by dray lbad to bakers

laner . priee was for extra family Flour.

Allegheny Metal is nut as great as we supposed. One
dealer estimated that there was not yesterday, more than
five tons of No. 1 in the market. Tile Canal metal was
not offered yesterday.
