Flour— I There appeared to be n better feeling in the
market on Saturday. Some thought there was a tenden
cy to an advance. We note sales at wharf at 84,00 for
good fine; 54.05 and $4,12T0r superfine. No sales from
wagon. In store there were sales at 84,37; some soles at
84,50. Holders seemed aot anxious to sell; the demand
was trifling. *•
Oat a There is some demand for oats, but no advance;
400 bn. were taken from wharf at 25c. From store sales
Corn— None arriving, and not much demand ; holders
are firm at lormer quotations, owing to & scarcity incite
roirkei. Sales from store at 40c.
Molasses —Holders are firm at 29c.; at which sales
were made.
Sucar—Sales of many lots, iu hhds., atS4®s|. ac
cording to quality. Hi bbls sales are made at s|c. to the
regular trade.
Flaxseed Oil— ln demand; market not well sup
plied; sales at 65c.
l ®*“ Pricc advancing gradually; *ales at 31,50®
Dried Frptt Apples and Peaches are rather droop’-
>ng, but sales at former figures.
