Sear's American Renovating' Phis.
VOR several months past, I have been much troub
j: fed with a bilious habit, attended with an inac
tive and costive state of the bowels, and rheumatic
affections ; I have made use of the. Medicated Vapor
Bath, and various kinds of Medicine, without receiv
ing any benefit. Seeing Sear's A. H. V. Renovating
Pills advertised, I wan induced from the recommen
dations attached to them, to make trial althorn. In
a few days they afforded me great relief; and in the
short time in which I have taken them, I have ex
perienced more benefit from them than I have re
ceived from any medicine. Their operation has
been natural s , easy, and effectual. Others of my
family have been indisposed, and have used them,
and received much benefit. I can with with confi
dence recommend them to individuals and families,
as a safe and effectual medicine, in all cases in
which the stomach and bowels are disordered.

Vegetable Pinlinen/sty Balsam.
TN the winter of 1832 and 1833, I was seized with
spitting of blond, which cqntinued:with occasion
al relief till spring. I consulted several, eminent
physicians and took much medicine, but the relief
obtained was' only transient. the spring . l com
menced taking the Vegetable Pulmonary Balsam.—
At this time I was much reduced. The day before
I commenced with the Balsam, I raised about a half,
a pint of blood, was oppressed withgroat hoarseness
and a bad cough. I commenced taking the Balsam
thinking if this failed I.shotdd resort to medicine no
further. But it did nut disappoint my oxpeitatiori.
All the unfavoragle symplotr o s' were immediately re
lieved, the Cough cured, and I have not been trouti
lecl, with spitting sof blood since. am now about to
resume my trade, (that of a rope maker,) which I
had given up without any expectation of retuining
to it.
