The report is, that Cotton had again advanced at Liv erpool, and that Flour and Corn had also improved slightly. After'the opening of the mail, a brisk • demand for'lCOttan sprung up, and 5500 bales were sdld at an improvement of and later in the . day holders would not sell under to ie. advance. Flour, too, was in great request, and 5000 bbls. were taken alinost uniformly at $6 per bbl., though subsequently higher prices were asked.
