Dr. H. Swaynet—Dear Sir—Havingseen the "as
tonishing cure" ;performed en Mr. Thomas by yOur
Compound Syrup-of Wild. Cherry, 4 was Induced to
try it on myself. I was taken with a vialeirt cough,
spitting of blood, *hotness of breathieg,- together
with violent attacks of Asthma. I °centime myself
from exertion which I was notable to perform, which
prostrated my system to a great extent. I com
menced the use of your Comoound Syrup. of Wild
Cherry, together with your E'atract of Sarsaparilla_
and Tar Pills, which gave me almost immediate re
lief, and I am glad to give my, Sestimorty to all who
may be afflicted in a similar way. I am now able to

erty of writing to you at this time, to express appro.
batiou, and recommend to the attention of heads of
families and to others your valuable medicine—your
Compound Syrup of Wild Cherry. In My travels of ;
late, I have seen in a great many instances, the won
derful effects of your medicine - in relieving children
of very obitinate complaints, • such as coughing,
wheezing, choking , with the phlegm, asthmatic at
tacks, &c. I Should not have written this letter,
however, at present, although I have felt it my duty
to add my testimony to it for Some time, had it not
been for a late 'instance where. the medicine above
alluded to.was instrumental in restoring to perfect
health an only thild - ov hose case Was almost hopeless,
in a family . of my acquaintance. I thank heaven,'
said a doting mother, 'ni'y child is saved from the
'jaws of - death."
