The proprietors of this old estahlished line, having

The decided success of the portable boat system,

of delay, breakage or other damage, incident to the

Wild Cherry Tree in all sges of the world, and
in all countries where It is known, both among civil

celebrated -for its wonderful medicin.qualities.—
This, combined with many other valuable vegeta
ble extracts . , and prepared by a skilful physician,
who possesses the advantages of the experience and
practice of his profession of nearly a quarter of a
century, must be a valuable acquisition to those who
arc laboring under any of the dangerous diseases of
the Lungs so common inmur climate. Such a prepa
ration is Dr. Swavne's Compound Syrup of Wild
Cherry, prepared by himself at his labartory in Phil
adelphia. Dr. Wistar,.of Philadelphia, has not nor
neverhas had any thing to do with any preparation or,
Wild Cherry, but there was one got up in Philadel
phia and the name of Wistar attached, the right on
which was sold-out to some merchants in the West.;
If you would get the genuine article, the only one

DR. CHRISTI DS GALVANIC RINGS AND MAG-
NETIC FLUID
THIS remarkable invention, which has received
the universal approbation of the tnedical profes
sion of Great Britain, comprises an entirely new ap
plication ef G al vanism, as a remedial agent, by means
of which the,-ordinary Galvanic Batteries; Electric
and Magnetic Machines, Stc., are entirely dispensed
with, and the mysterious potver of Galvanism applied
without any of the objectienf which are inseparable
from the general mode now in use. The strong dos
es, and irregular intervals, in which Galvanism is ap
plied by the Machines, has beep.pronounccd, atter a
fair and impartial trial, to be decidedly injarioug, and
it was to remedy this radical dethet that this new ap
plication was projected, which, after unceasing toil,
and perseverance, has been brought .to its present '
state of perfection. The Galvanic Rings answer all
the purposes of the moat expensive Machines, and
in many other respects are more safe and certain in
accomplishing the desired effect.
The Galvanic Mugs used in connection with the
Magnetic Fluid, arc confidently recommendedip all
disorders which arisefrom an enfeebled and unhealthy
state of the nervous or vital system, and these com
plaints are among the most painful and universal to
which we are subject. They arise, without esceptien,
front one simple cause—a derangement of the.Kerv
ous System—and it was in these cases that' other
'remedies> listing so often failed, a new agent was
greatly needed, which it is confidently believed, has
been found in' the proper and judicious application
of Galvanism.
Th 6 Galvanic flings have been used With entire
success is all cases of Itrtr.timArtsx, acute or chronie,
applying to the head, face or limbs, Gout, Tic-Dalo
rear,:Tootharhe., Bronchitis, Vertigo, Nervous Sick
Ilea he, Indigestion, Paralysis, Palsy, 'Epilepsy,
FitS; ,, Crqmp, Palpitations of the "liar', Apoplexy,
S!i!.tnii„g of Complaints, Lumbago,
NauKtlen, Nerrouz Tremors, Pi. ZZiltaS of Mc Head,
pain is the Chest and Side, Gene're.lDebility, ylcien
cy of Nervous.and Physical Energy, and all NERV
OUS INSORDERS.. In cases ofcunfirined.llyspepsia,
which - is simply a nervous derangement of the diges
tive organs, they haze been found equally successibl.
Their estraorilinary effects Upon the system must be
witnessed to be beiieved, anti as a certain preventive
for the preceding complaints they are equally recom
mended. The llin;:s are of different prices, being
wade of all sizes, and of various ornamental patterns,
and can be coin by the must tielidate.femalts without
the slightest inconvenience. In fact, the sensation
is.rather agreeable than otherwise.
The Galvanic Belts,. Bracelets, Bands,
Gai•itera f itltC:claces,
In some caves of a very severe character, and of
long standing, the power as applied by the Galvanic
Rings is not saiiicienttb arrest the progress of disease
and nitimately restore health. .14i iniproted modi
fication in, the Galvanic Belts, Bracelets; &e., entire
ly, remedies this objection; arty degree of power that
is required can readily be 91namect, and no complaint
which the mysterious agent of Galvanises can effect
will fail to be permanently relieved. These articles
are adapted to the waists, arms, wrists;limbs, armies,
or any part of the body, with perfect convenience.
The Galvanic Necklaces are need with greater bene
fit. in cases of Bronchitis or affections of the throat
generally; also hi cases of Nerveus.Deafriess; and
with alnitit naithrm success as a preventive for Apo
plecy, Fits, and similar nextylaints.

fa used in connection with the Galvanic Rings and

pronounced by the French Chemists to tie one of the
most extraordinary diteoveries'of modern science. It
is [believed to possess, the remarkable power of.ren

local application. The Magnetic Fluid contains !loth
caiible of the e.lightest injury; its application is
agreeril,fe, and it is as harmless in its action as it is
beneficial in its test:lts. Full explanations and dime
tittls accompany it. The combined inventionsare in
every way perfectly harmless; they are sold at prices
within the reach ot;all and the discoverer only re
quests a fair trial as a test of their surprising efficacy
mid permanent benefit.

ThesV articles form another valuable application
°lithe mysterious influence of Galvanism. They are
an .important adjunct to the genuine Galvanic kings
and their'modifications, acting upon the same princi
ple, but having the advantage of more local applica
tion. They are confidently recommended as a valu
able addition in the speedy cure of Rheum atium, acute
or chrotitc• ' in 'nil nervous complaints, and as a' posi
itie iti cases of Pain and Weaknes4 in the
pest or Bark Pain in the Side, in Amalie Affections,
and in Weakness cr Oppression of the Pqmonary Or
gans. In Spinal Complaints their effects are of the
most decided character, and they have often been
used with complete success. Thev'are also of the
greatest advantage in Pains and AVeakness of the
it reast,a nd are highly recommended for many ofthOse
complaints to whichfemal es are especially liable. As
an effectual means for strengthen ing the system when
debilitated with disease or othercatisi as a certain
aid in Constitutional Weakness, as a Preventive of
Colds, and in all affections of the Chest, generally,
the Galvanic Strengthening Plaster will be found of
great and permanent advantage. In a few words.; it

0..7 - Their virtues are so infallible that the money
will be returned in all cases .they do not give univer
sal satisfaction. Although but two and a half years
have elapsed since these celebrated Pille were first
inooduced to the public, the sale of them in the
Eastern and middle States has far exceeded Dr.
Clickener's most sanguine expectations. During the
past year, alone, no less than 10,000 gross of boxes

same period, upwards of 200,000 copies of the
"Family Doctor" have been ordered by agents in
every section of the country. These facts must
show, conclusively, that Dr. Clickener's Sugar Coat.

world, are held in the highestestimation by the public:
.We might extend this publication to an indefin,
ite length, if we deemed it expedient to publish all

but individuals and families, who have experienced
the beifficial effects of Clickeners Sugar Coated

contestible evidence ortheir unprecedented success;
nre the numberless Imitations and Counterfeits which
have already appeared, notwithstanding the brief pe
riod they have been before the public. Even some
of our staunchest pill makers have had the audacity.
to imitate the Capsule of Sugar, in order to disguise
tho ingredients of their vile Compounds and palin
them off for the "real Simon pure." Such paltry
shills cannot last long without exposing theirhidieue
deformity. Truth and honesty must inevitably pre:.
wail over rascality and deception.
