Swaynp—Dear Sir—Permit me to take.the lib

bation, and recommend to the attention of heads of
families and to others your valuable medicine—your
Compound Syrup of Wild Cherry ; In my. travels of
late, I have seen. - in a great many instances, the won
derful effects of your medicine in relieiing children
of very obstinate complaints, such as coughing,
wheezing, chqking with the phlegm, asthmatic at-1

however, at present, although I Lave felt it my duty

health an only ci,jldorhose case wee itlinost hcipeleast

said a doting mother, 'my child is saved froin the
Jaws of death'
Beyond all doubt, Dr. Swayhc's Compound Syrup
of Wild Cherry is the most valuable..medicine in this
'or any other country. I am certain I have witnessed
morethrin one hundred cases where it has been at
tended with complete MECCAS. I have used it m; sett
in an obstinate attack of the Bronchitis, in which t;
proved effectual in en exceedingly short time, con
sidering the severity of the ease. 'I can recommend
it in the fullest confidence of its superior virtuea. 1
would advise that no family should be without it; it
is very pleasant, and always beneficial; worth double
• and often ten timer its price.. The public are assrir
-1 ed there is no quackery about it.

Reader! are you suffering from a cold or disease
of the lungs? Try this remedy! you will not, perhaps,
regret it. it will arrest all those disagreeable symp
toms which strike so much terror to the mind, and
prolong your days; beware of all preparations pur
porting to contain Wild Cherry, except that bearing
the signature of Dr. H. Swayne, on the outside wrap
per of the bottle as they are quite likely destitute of
the article from which 'they borrow a name.
