there, has been a slight falling off, on: account of

money is abundant and exchanges unusually low.

be excellent. The Notaries are the only men in

delphia and Baltimore, is but one fourth of one per
cent. premium, and has been abundantly supplied
at this low late during the past Season. This, it
' will be remembered by our merchants, is but one
hOf the rate charged for exchange on these cities,
lathe palmy days of the Bank of the United States.
