differs materially from the statement of our own

SWAILTZ, who was injured by the accidental
discharge of a. Gun, ih the heighborhood of Amity,
died On Sabbath last. From the occurrence of the
accident she lingered about nine days until death

All the right, title and interest, of Stacy Loyd,
the defendant, of; in and tattle following described
Lot or piece of ground, situate in the 6th ward;
city of Pittsburgh, and bounded and described as
follows, to wit: the one half or equal, division of
Lots Nos 16 and 'Xi, and part of Lot No 18, ac
corciing'to the Plan of Lots laid out by Thomas
Whitesides, as recorded in Book 62, page 491, , :tad
which said' parcel of ground is bounded and des
cribed as follows: beginning at the junction of
Coal Line and' Gutn streets, runng thence weit—
wardly along. Gum street 52 feet, thence in "a sonfb
wardly direction through said lot No 18 a distance
of fifty feet, still including the 20 feet of said lot
