At _this point the river is falling slowly, with abou6ive feet out to Cairo. The weather has grown some what coldet, though at mid-day it is quite warm. Teibaceo—Sales for the half week amount tea 59 hhds, and receipts to 123 hhds. On yesterday, sales at the Planters" Warehouse were of Passed 1 hhd at 75, lat $2 65, lat $2 85, and lat $2 90; of Refused, 1 at 40e, 1 at 65c, 1 at 873 c, 1 at $1 20, 1 at $1 45, 1 at $1 55, 1 at $1 90, and I at $2 75. At the State Warehouse there were 5 hhds sold at $2 GO, $2 - 65, $2 90, $3 10, and $5 15. Hemp—Hemp rallied on Tuesday, and may now be quoted at s4oasl3 per ton. We note a sale of 5 tons at $l3, and another of 14-1 bales at $45. Received, 185 bales. Leisd—Sales Tuesday and Wednesday were, (be side those already quoted) 1 lot of 120 pigs, 2 lots of 100 each, and 1 lot of 783 pigs—all at $3 25 per 100 lbs. Received, 1217 pigs. Flour—Transactions are quite limited, though lielderi___Flour asking a considerable advance on late figures. A few small lots have been sold at $2 73, $2 SO, and-$2 90, and as high as $3 has been men timed, but we bare heard of no sales above $2 90. Receipts amount to 1,155 bbls. Wheat—Among the sales of wheat reported, are 200 Eks. Spring, at 3712 c.; 286 ohs. Mixed at 45c.; 216 sks. at 49c.; 370 sks. at 50c.; 15S sks. fit fiOic; 113 sks. at 52c., and 220 sks. at 523 c. per bushel.
