Eiutob: It is of the highest impor tance that the men who are chosen to repre sent the different disiricls in this Common wealth in the State Convention to revise the Slate Constitution should be men of charac ter, industry and ability, so that ihey can intelligently lay hold of ibe questions of re form that will be brought up for the consid eration of the Convention, and so that they can assin in moulding a new fundamental law that ehall be in harmony with the spir.t of reform ibat is abroad in the land. I know of no one in our county who is better quali fied for these requirements than our young friend, Jeremiah Lyons, of our ton, and I ask that his name be announced as a candi dale for Delegate to the Constitutional Con vention.
