Solpiers Discharges. It has been
ascertained that individuals engaged in
purchasing honorable discharges from
f.old:ers dispose cf them to "conscripts"
who evaded the draft by fleeing to Canada.
The names of the discharged soldiers, by
means of a chemical process, are removed
and the name3 of the purchasers substi
tuted.
