Any animal entered for exhibition in one class, cannot compete in any other class, except as one of a herd. 4. The Judges shall in all cases hold premiums when the animals or arti cles are nut worthy, though there be no competition. 5. Exhibitors wishing to compere for premiums are requested to have their an imals or articles entered in the Secretary's Book before the second day of the Fair. No animals or articles can take a premi um not entered for ,comi.etition previous to the Book's going into the hands of the Judges, and they must be on the grounds for exhibition by 9 o'clock a. m. of the third day, or they cannot take a premium. No animal or article can be removed be fore the close or the exhibition without the consent of the Executive Commit tee. 6. Superintendents of the different de partments will have the animals and ar ticles systematically arranged. The-offi cers of the Society and Superintendents will be known by their official badges. 7.
