Hair Vigor,
For restoring to Gray Hair its
natural Vitality and Color.
A dressing
which i s at
once agreeable,
healthy, an (1
effectual fo r
preserving the
hair. It soon
restores faded
or gray hair
to its original
color, with rho
glass and freshness of youth. Thin
hair is thickened, falling hair checked,
and baldness often, though not always,
cured by its use. Nothing can restore
the hair where the follicles are de
stroyed, or the glands atrophied and
decayed; but such as remain can ho
saved by this application, and stimu
lated into activity, so that a new
growth of hair is produced. Instead
of fouling the hair with a pasty sedi
ment, it will keep it clean and vigorous.
Its occasional use will prevent the hair
from turning gray or falling off; and
consequently prevent baldness. The
restoration of vitality it gives to the
scalp arrests and prevents the forma
tion of dandruff, which is often so un
cleanly and offensive. Free from those
deleterious substances which make
some preparations dangerous and inju
rious to the hair, the Vigor can only
benefit but not harm it. If wanted
merely for a HAIR DRESSING,
nothing else can be found so desirable.
Containing neither oil nor dye, it does
not soil white cambric, and yet lasts
long on the hair, giving it a rich, glossy
lustre, and a grateful perfume.

Intrinsic virtues, and sustained by its re
markable cures. So mild as to be safe and
benefi'cial to children, and vet so searching
119 to effectually purge out the great cor
ruptions of the blood, such as the scrofulous
and syphilitic contamination. Impurities,
or diseases that have lurked in the system
for years, soon yield to this powerful anti
doto, and disappear. Hence its wonderful
cares, tnany of which are publicly known,
of Scrofula, and all scrofulous diseases,

sia, Fits, Neuralgia, Heart Disease,
Female Weakness. Debility - , and
Leucorrhma, when they are manifesta

It is an excellent restorer of health and
strength in the Spring. By renewing dm
appetite and vigor of the digestive organs,
it dissipates the depression and listless lan

Iron in the Blood
MAKES THE WEAK STRONG.
The Peruvian Syrup, a Protect

Iron. is so combined as to have
the character of an aliment, as
easily digested and assimilated
with the blood as the simplest
food. It increases the quantity
of Nature's Own Vitalizing
Agent, Iron in the blood, and
cures "a thousa lid ills," simply
by Toning up,lnv ig orating and
Vitalizing the Systezn. The en

repairing damages and waste,
searching out morbid secre

disease to feed upon.
This is the secret of the won,

curing Dyspepsia, Liver Com

Chills and Fevers, Humors,
Loss of Constitutional Vigor,
Di arses of the Kidneys and
Bladder, Female Complaints,
and all diseases originating in
a bad state of the blood, or ac,

from Alcohol, in any form, its
energizing effects are not fol

Thousands have been changed
by the use of this remedy, from '
weak, skkly, sufferiug erect,

Bitters are a purely Vegetable preparation.
made chiefly from the native herba found
on the lower ranges of the• Sierrii Nevada
mountains of California, the medicinal pro
perties of which, are extracteAl therefrom
without the use 'of Alcohol. The question
is almost daily naked, " What is the cause
of the unparalleled success of 'Woman Brr
=as? " Our, answer is, that they remove
the cause of disease, and the patient recov
ers his health. They are the great blood
purifier and a life-giving principle, a perfect
Renovator and Invigorator of the system.
Never before in the history of the world has
o medicine been compounded possessing
the remarkable qualities of VLSEI3.6.Tt Emus
in healing the sick of every disease man is
heir to. They ore a gentle Purgative as
well as a Tonic, relieving Cdngestion or In

in Bilious Diseases.
If men will enjoy good health, let
them use V,INEGAII 13rrrEas as a medicine,
and avoid the use of alcoholic stimulants
in every form.
No l'erson_ean take these 'Hitters
according, to directions, and remain. long
unwell,. provided their bone ' s are not de
stroyed by mineral poison or other means,
and vital organs wasted beyond repair.
