House, and was attended by a very fine audi
ence, both in respect to numbers and quality,
Among the congregation we noticed many of
our first citizens, while the younger portion of
the comtiMnity was fully represented. The
meeting was called to order by the President of
the Association, after which the Mottircise Cot

by Rev. E. A- Warriner, rector of the Episcopal
chinch. W. A. Grossman, Tice-President, then
announced an address .by. C. C. Halsey, DLR.,
who delivered a timely and pertinent address,

well recelyed by the audience. E. D. Hawley,
